Decreasing the amount of crystals by half for the same price
First 3 orders were fine. Last order they decreased the size and weight almost half and selling for the same price. It’s obviously a hand made product. Disappointed

Not working properly
It has a serious moisture absorption power but the pores between the compartments that is responsible for passing water from upper part to lower part is sealed or blocked so the water is absorbed in the upper part and got frozen even with white balls available…
