It's an interesting book to have in your collection from a historic and character/artwork development perspective. It's quite a long story and isn't in colour and although there are some weak points in the script it's generally an exciting and enjoyable read. Snowy has a main part and it's funny to see his continual remarks and comments to Tintin throughout. Other regular characters are not a feature of the piece. The artwork fluctuates in quality especially the Soviet characters but even at this early stage Herge was great at drawing cars, trains and planes and really captures the movement and speed of these vehicles, it's a sign of some of the types of things we see in the other books. It's an enjoyable read and I'd recommend it, it's not just for enthusiasts and collectors. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tintin newspaper comic *by on Reviewed in India 2 July 2026* It is a very good Belgian newspaper comic. Translated to English in original format. I'm a french person living in India, so I could buy the français version . But this version is for all readers . In this book tintin was the reporter for the Belgian newspaper le petit vingtième . He had to go moscow for a report, but ogpu or cheka kept following him till he safely reaches Brussels, belgium. ## Frequently Bought Together - Tintin in the Land of the Soviets: The Official Classic Children’s Illustrated Mystery Adventure Series (The Adventures of Tintin) - Tintin in America: The Official Classic Children’s Illustrated Mystery Adventure Series (The Adventures of Tintin) - Cigars of the Pharaoh: The Official Classic Children’s Illustrated Mystery Adventure Series (The Adventures of Tintin) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/253377995-the-adventures-of-tintin-destination-moon-by-herge-paperback](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/253377995-the-adventures-of-tintin-destination-moon-by-herge-paperback) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
