Will this work on the 2019 imac 3.6ghz 8-core 9th gen intel core i9?

I see a lot of bad info on mixing the ram. Yes you can mix it, BUT you need to put the new ram in slots 1&2 OR 3&4 if you want to keep it running at 2666mhz. Easy to confirm by just going to your System Information app, then under "Hardware" is "Memory" it will show you which slot each stick is in AND its clock speed. If you alternate like many people say, it still works, but is slowed to 2133mhz. I've tried it all 3 ways on my 2020 iMac and currently left the 16gb sticks in 3 & 4 with the original Mac 4Gb sticks in 1 & 2.
