I bought this vacuum for my 1 bedroom apartment. So far very happy about the item. Pros : - The vacuum is very powerful - Nice design (White color) - Not too noisy and have a silent mode (not completely silent but still you wouldn't get annoying by it - Easy to use and can control with Mi Home app - Easy to install - Can climb my medium-high carpet and over the thin rug - Mopping is well enough but not as human do Cons : - The robot can easily confuse with the mapping sometimes - Mopping is slower than I thought - For some kind of big debris, the robot needs 2-3 times cleaning over that are - Water tank is not actually 500ml as it claimed Summary : - Worth the price and works well. No regret for this purchase!

It’s an amazing product .so this is the basic version which works really well .the price was 870 aed but it’s totally worth every dirham. I have been using it since 3 days now and I m in completely love with it . I use vacuuming and mopping together and it works really great . I never expected it to be this good .. me and my family loved it the way it cleans the house ..absolutely surprised The delivery was on time .. and I just can’t begin to tell that it has changed my life . My house tiles sparkles. It is intelligent enough to clean . Also for mopping I use little vinegar with water in the water compartment and my floor tiles just shines . It’s the best machine from xiaomi .. and it can be operated by phone which is the best feature. Just go ahead and buy this product if you want to buy cheap and the best . I did a lot of research and this is hands down the best I have found .

I have used this product for 2 weeks now. I hardly ever write reviews but since this is a pricey item, I contemplated before buying it and had to do a lot of research from my end so hoping to help others The package arrived very quick and in good condition. The assembly is rather easy to figure out and the manual is pretty basic. The app is also easy to use but doesn’t answer questions in u have any. The first 2 times I only used the vacuum setting, it did a very good job. For using the vacuum-mop setting u have to change the dust compartment to the dust and water compartment. Unfortunately the listing said it also comes with the 550ml water tank which it didn’t come with so I can’t use the only mopping setting. I did inform amazon about this and they along with the seller handled the matter well. I now use the vacuum-mop setting almost on a daily basis. I’m very pleased with the cleaning. I have a one bed apartment, it takes 50-55 mins to clean. If u would like to clean bathrooms, u will have to keep the door open an since it’s ‘vacuum-mop’ setting, bathroom has to be dry at this time to do a proper job. My bathroom has a drying mat and laundry basket etc which means I have to move those items for cleaning to be done so I don’t do the bathrooms with this. I have done the balcony once but I have to pick up the device and place it in the balcony which I just don’t bother with. U have to understand that this is after all a machine, it won’t clean behind doors and it may leave some corners because it’s round and the fact is, it needs to be round. So I would say upon every use the house is about 98% clean. It doesn’t remove stains such as tea stain on the floor much on this setting. So once this lockdown is over and my helper is back, I’ll keep using this 6 days a week and ask the helper to clean once a week. Now coming to why do I need to use it everyday? Because I have a crawling baby who likes to put every tiny piece of dirt in her mouth. I recommend this product to those who have small children and to those who don’t have house help. The cleaning of the dust compartments is also very easy. The bottom brush is also easy to clean. Cons: I still haven’t figured out how to spot clean?! There’s no info in the manual or online and the company didn’t respond to my email either which I think is because of the lockdown. I don’t recommend this for people who have big houses (3-4 bed types) because the battery which at the start is 100% and cleans my 1 bed apartment with kitchen, the batt is then 45% approx. which means if the batt runs out halfway, the machine says it is now going back to dock to charge, will then charge 100% and then continue where it left off. It takes 3 hours approx to fully charge. I also don’t recommend for people who have stairs in the house, don’t worry, it won’t fall but u will have to pick it up and keep. There’s a small issue with mapping. The baby cot is not very heavy n has wheels, so sometimes it’s not in the exact position as it was the last time I used the device. I also have a coffee table which is light. My husband in between a vacuum-mop session, moved the table and then put it back but because it wasn’t in the exact position, the device got lost on the map and couldn’t figure out where it was. After this, the device continues to be confused and cannot complete the cleaning. So I had to manually put it back to the dock and restart the whole cleaning. We have now been putting the cot and the coffee table on the exact place everyday so now the device works amazingly. Final verdict: READ THE WHOLE REVIEW! 😂 It’s a very helpful device for a mother who doesn’t have help as much. Don’t question the price, that’s how much u would pay a helper over the time of few months, yet u can use this for years hopefully.

I LOVE IT! I live in the one-bedroom apartment and it is sparkling clean thanks to this little robot! It vacuums and mops very well, I don't need to clean after it. I am so happy, as I hate cleaning, it saves so much time! Very easy to use, easy software and effective machine.

Love this little vacuum, I chose it for the very reasonable price and the similar functionality to the Roborock S5. Its great if you have a cat like us, I send it round our 2 Bed apartment every other day and it’s amazing how much fur and dust it collects. Mopping works well too, after the app saved the floor map (let it start and return to dock by itself once and you should get the map) I put no go zones so it didn’t mop the rugs and added virtual walls so it didn’t hoover up the cats food - wouldn’t be without it now!

Short Story: Vacuum no1: Ordered from Amazon.ae(not third party) and I've received an used/faulty vacuum cleaner. After plenty of discussion back and forth the product has been replaced by a new one. Vacuum no2: It was nice while it worked. For about 3-4 month it has been working wonderfully(used every 2-3 days for a 70 sqm2 apartment - tile floor/no carpet). Back in November I observed it stops in the middle of the cleaning process. The vacuum looks offline in the app and cannot be reached. I restarted by pressing the power button and resumed cleaning - I said, you know what, what a glitch, it may happen. BUT then, it had the same behavior more and more often. Just for the sake of example, at this moment it cannot run for more than a minute without stopping. If you restart the vacuum, it will work for another minute(at most) and will stop again. You would say: Easy - use the warranty. Weeeeell, this is the tricky part. Based on the info from Xiaomi website, the warranty for products sold in UAE should be covered by the seller. Seller, which is Amazon, doesn't give you the option(in the order summary) to get access to warranty and if you call them, you don't get a straight answer. Easy step up. Amazing product for daily cleaning and super smart. It cleans and returns to the charging dock on its own. After a few runs it creates a map of the house and it can focus on one zone for extra cleaning. The mopping is good but not deep cleaning mopping. It’s so effective for daily cleaning but if you need extra deep clean you need something additional to it. It is strongly recommended.

It makes life easier for us. Cleaning can be set up for different rooms at different times. Or you can start whenever you want. The app needs more stability as sometimes it does not follow the order of the rooms in which it has to start. All the week we use this and one time per week you have to do manual cleaning as it is not good for the corners. Also, you have to clean up the bigger items before it starts cleaning. But this is worth the money.
