Could I hang this on the wall with say a 3m command hook?

You might get away with it, but it would be pretty ghetto. I would want a hook that stuck out straight out about 2 inches. The command hooks I know of are more acute in their angle, as a coat hook would be.

What do you recommend as a stand for this?

If it’s sitting on a table or stand— it will stand. I just prop up against wall on a table or chair when I hold my meetings.

I found the screen to lean backwards, so the back of the dining chair should help. If you have clamps, you will likely need them...

The mechanism is good and the screen works well. But the actual screen is much smaller than expected, it is smaller than 50" by quite a margin.
