Perfect so far. Able to get almost see-through slices of smoked salmon, which is what I purchased it for. The edge is quite sharp out of the box, but having only used it once, I cannot speak to the durability, or edge retention. Grip is comfortable length exactly right.

flexible blade nice workmanship - just doesn't hold an edge very well. I wish I didn't have to sharpen it everytime I use it.

this knife is ok, its not the best thing i have ever cut with but it works well for the price.

Très bon produit, coupe parfaitement et ne colle pas

Ik heb dit mes gekocht om met kerst warm gerookte vleesjes mee te snijden, met name procureur, spek en rollade. Ik vind het een fijn mes, mooie lengte, niet de dik maar ook niet te slap, en absoluut superscherp. Kan hem met een gerust hart aanbevelen.

Looks good, I sure hope it keeps its edge. Will be using this knife for only filleting fish.
