Review: Not recommend. - Chat GPT is better than this book. I don't know form where this book received good reviews. Review: I was disappointed with this book. It seems to be missing many key ingredients that are common in skin care items. I find the descriptions a little unclear and the book really offers no clear guidance on what ingredients will fix certain skin problems. Save your money and buy a better book or even just google a reputable site and use that information

Really love learning about this and is making me learn so much that I should know about skin care

It is very good to a first approach to the skin care ingredients. I liked that it has at the beginning a brief explanation of the skin problems and the right way to read a label. It is not an exhaustive list of all the ingredients we can find.

Simple book with super explanations on so many different ingredients used in skin care products. I find it very useful and helpful, especially considering I have end stage liver disease. Worth the investment to have on your bookshelf.

Very great information and ingredient breakdown that I didn’t learn in school as an Esthetician. For Estheticians, RN’s, Master Estheticians , and anyone in the skin care/ wellness field, get this book !!!!!!
