The bottle did not have a spout, like it was depicted in the picture. the spout was a big reason why I ordered it.

It is very gentle and soft. Requires a bit more than a regular liquid to remove stain. Smells nice, less foam. Can skip buying.

Bottle cap was little loose and because of that there was leakage... pump seal was all good just the cap was not closed properly
