The Foreskin: and Why You Should Keep It

Must Read For Prospective Parents
This book should be read by any prospective parents, or anyone having friends or relatives who may become parents. There is so much misinformation out there regarding infant circumcision, much of it spread by undereducated, ignorant, and/or greedy MD's. The author, Samuel Carnes, isn't just giving his opinions, he investigates both sides of the pro-anti circumcision issue, and debunks much incorrect "common knowledge," and frequently quoted flawed studies on the subject. There are plenty of references documenting the information given. It is an easy read. Many may be shocked to learn how out-of-step the U.S. is versus most of the planet on this issue.

Everyone should read this
Other intact (uncircumcised) men like Sam should see what Sam has seen and speak out to protect the next generation too.Politicians and health insurance leaders need to see the waste of $$ in the USA.Parents of intact boys need to understand what Sam covers about proper care.Parents to be need to read this to dispel the myths.Cut ( "circumcised") men need to understand how they have been robbed and lied to.As a cut dad of two intact teens, I am very appreciative of Sam for showing his Foreskin Pride and re-normalizing the natural penis.

Excellent information!!
Excellent information!! As a nurse, mother of intact son and wife of an intact man- I recommend to ALL young people and expecting parents in the USA!All mammals, male and female, have a protective and sensitive prepuce! Find out why it's a beneficial body part that nature intends mammals to have!! The USA is the only county that amputates the foreskin form"medical reasons" even though NO medical organization in the world recommends routine infant circumcision. This is crucial information to know before a permanent decision that will impact the rest of your child's life!!

Great read for all soon-to-be parents
Great read for all soon-to-be parents! Take the time to learn what your body parts are capable of before paying someone to amputate them.
