Not for intense exercise
It’s a good machine. Delivery was quick even installed by their team on the same day. Just some things to remember, this is not an upright or air bike, so don’t expect you can do intense and exhausting exercise. This is like an exercise machine for those who have leg or back issues or even plantar issues that needs support by sitting down with backrest.

I recommend getting the assembly service if timing works in one’s schedule.
Seams like a nice bike, has various programs to use snd is not noisy. The delivery Service was good and assembly was efficient. The guys were knowledgeable on what to do.
