Don’t have experience with battery tenders/chargers, this is my first. But I can say very well built compact size. Intuitive setup. Using it to maintain my jeep wrangler AGM 70AH battery as I travel a lot don’t drive the car that much. Update: It has been amazing after few overnight charges the battery recuperated and seems to be back to its full swing. Starting the car now is seamless.

Build quality is excellent on this product. It doesn't feel cheap. Charged my car and bike batteries fairly fast as well. Only issue was that the electric plug is a two pin American.

I've done a lot of research before buying this and this does come up on top. Not that expensive well Suited for domestic use.

easy to use, recovered a flat agm battery overnight. also, great that it has an inlet both for 110 and 240V

Nothing wrong with the charger but the seller is selling US goods, this charger came with a US 2-pin plug which had to be cut off and replaced, this should not be allowed.

El cargador es el Noco Genius pero el enchufe a la red no es para España o falta en el paquete...a la espera que os comuniquéis y lo arregléis bien con un adaptador o con otro....

The NOCO Genius 5 is a very compact device that does a great job charging my car battery. There's no digital readout but it's easy to read that the battery is more than 25%, 50%, or 75% charged, and over time, 80%-90% charged and in trickle mode. At full charge the lights will indicate 100%. It's very easy to use. Select your battery type and attach the positive clamp to the positive battery terminal. Ideally you then connect the negative clamp to the car frame or a metal bracket for ground. In my case, though, doing so didn't work. The NOCO would not recognize and read the battery. That can happen when the parts you've grounded to are painted or coated, so the fix was to attach the negative clamp to the negative battery terminal. After doing so the charge worked fine. There's built-in intelligence so it's hard to screw up. You can't overcharge because the battery in trickle mode won't let you do so, and if you leave it connected long-term, it will continue to charge as needed to keep a full charge, but won't do any damage by overcharging. If you choose the wrong battery type, apparently it will know that too and it won't start charging at all. Also, btw, if you have a car battery that's fully discharged and therefore not visible to the NOCO, you can put the charger into a "forced mode" to start charging. All pretty impressive features and, when you need it, it's a great device to own. Two final comments: the charger does not come with a carrying case but there are various options online that are sized to this particular model. I will post a separate review of the one I purchased. Lastly, I did have an issue with the first charger I received. It just would not recognize my car battery. My request to return it was quickly authorized and the replacement unit I purchased later on worked totally fine.

The smart charging features take the guesswork out of battery maintenance, and I appreciate knowing my batteries are being charged safely and efficiently. What really stands out is the quality. Unlike the other chargers I've owned, this one inspires confidence right out of the box. It's clear that NOCO put thought into the design and performance of this unit. Yes, it costs a little more than some competing brands, but in my experience, it's absolutely worth the extra money. I've wasted enough on cheaper chargers that didn't perform as claimed. The NOCO GENIUS5 does exactly what it says it will do, and it does it well. If you're tired of disappointing battery chargers, do yourself a favor and get the NOCO. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
