Actual value for your money, this is a great powder! I searched high and low for a powder without flavor or sugar/sugar free additives. It was incredibly hard to find JUST fiber power, but alas I did! I was a little taken aback at first when I received it because I felt like the container was really small, but it actually lasts a really long time! Now lets talk mixability & consistency: Mixability in room temperature water is great as long as you’re immediately mixing. Very little chunks left, however the texture of it was very hard to get down. I found mixing it with COLD apple juice or tea, really helps! The texture stays liquid however the fiber doesn’t mix in as well so you’d have to deal with a little bit of chunks, i’m not sure if its a temperature reason or choice of liquid but I much prefer it! It really does help your digestive track and works wonders! I truly recommend this powder!

Does this do everything they claim? Not sure but it'll aid in digestion so to speak and quickly at that It looks like dirt and thickens up your shakes/sauces until they're not a liquid anymore but that's a sign that it's full of fiber so drink your smoothie fast This doesn't really taste good on its own in water. The flavor isn't strong but the texture isn't great. I've added it to smoothies but you have to drink them before it gets too thick much like using chia seeds if you've tried those Unlike chia seeds this won't leave chewy chunks you have to chew up so that's a perk of psyllium husk for a powder The value on this bottle is good - you only need 1/2-1 tbs so it'll last you awhile Overall, this is better than taking another fiber pill

Love this! I've been putting this in my am greens drink and it's helped me loose weight. It makes me fill fuller so it's easier to eat less and healthier.
