Do not use this supplier
The product was faulty the base unit does not charge so it runs out of power within two days, supplier refused to pay and or replace as did amazon and there is no official place to go back to manufacturer in Dubai. If you need something with a warranty you have to go and purchase this item from an approved distributor in the UAE who will replace defective goods without an issue.

Nest Thermostat is amazing, very useful. Had an issue with particular unit received after 4 months but reseller replaced me with a new unit. Very recommended!

Doesn’t look as easy as it shows or sounds
Issues after installation keep happening! Delay in starting up cooling ranges from 2hrs to 2-30hrs before it starts!!! It’s complicated to find where the issues coming from and why!
