It’s very cool and relaxed

helps a lot with dryness and is easy to use but DO NOT use it just before sleeping. i made this mistake and ended up having teary eyes all night long. perhaps it was because the mask was too cold at the time but it's something to keep in my mind.

does the job as advertised, but very centralized. "colder" side is way too cold, can barely feel anything on the "cold" side. recommend going with other options such as a Hail cap

Absolutely love it! Has a very soft surface on the inside making it very comfortable to wear.In my personal experience doesn’t cool enough in the fridge so put it in the freezer for about 30 mins to an hour and you’re good to go

I bought this mainly for tired eyes and headaches after long screen-time days, and it’s honestly been really relaxing to use. The gel stays cold for a decent amount of time straight out of the fridge, and the mask feels soft enough not to be uncomfortable sitting against the eyes. I’ve also used it during migraines and it helped make things feel a bit calmer and less tense.The adjustable strap was useful because it stayed in place without feeling too tight, and I liked that it could also be used slightly warmed depending on what you need. It’s definitely more of a comfort/self-care item than a miracle treatment, but for puffiness, dark circles, sinus pressure, or just winding down before bed, it’s been really nice to have around.

Excellent value - just what I’ve been searching for, especially for my migraines. It comes with a zip lock bag so the mask doesn’t pick up food smells from the fridge/freezer. I use the gel beads side as I couldn’t feel any coolness through the towelling side. Has an elasticated band that fastens with Velcro.
