Literally didn’t know such thing exists
I’ve been struggling with teeth grinding for years to have reached to the level where I would wake up and have to remove broken teeth parts from my mouth. I couldn’t eat for one hour after waking up because of the grinding all night.Today this product has arrived then I slept after I got it. It was a sleep to remember.Highly recommend if you have teeth grinding problems.

Waste of money and completely useless. I followed all the instructions carefully, but when I put it in my mouth, it didn’t mold properly to the shape of my teeth. The silicone was still too hard and uncomfortable.

Was expecting a guard for my lower molar due to pain, but this product only includes an upper teeth guard. Not suitable for my requirement.
