I started taking Alive (about 20??) years ago after reading a book by Kevin Trudeau where he emphasized the value of taking a WHOLE FOOD SUPPLEMENT every day. His words really resonated with me so one day on my lunch break I headed to Junas, our town's only little whole food's store which I had never been to before on a mission to find a whole foods supplement with absolutely no idea what I was doing, lol, lol. I found Alive on the shelf and have been a huge fan ever since. At that time I was the office manager for a local charity and was so pleased with the results I was getting from my Alive that I started handing it out to my secretarial staff, who also grew to love it:) Back then, I could only find it at Junas, but over the next several years I began to see them popping up for sale at our local CVS and grocery stores. Needless to say, they must be doing something right because today you can find them just about anywhere;) Today, I am 51 years young, in excellent health, with barely a grey hair or wrinkle and honestly feel better than I did in my late 20's/early 30's. I attribute much of my well being to reading that book all those years ago which led me to the tremendous value of incorporating whole food supplements into my lifestyle. I am always looking for good ways to improve my health and make me feel a little bit better. These vitamins do exactly that. They give me added energy in my day and make getting out of bed in the mornings a little bit less of a chore. These do exactly what they promise to and the "Alive!" name is exactly how I feel. I definitely recommend anyone needing an extra boost in their life to give these a try. They are definitely worth it to feel better.

I wanted veg capsules and rec'd tablets. Not sure who's at fault here. But my history should show I choose capsules whenever I order supplements.
