Sunny Isle Jamaican Black Extra Dark Castor Oil 8oz | 100% Natural, Hair, Scalp and Skin Care

1- Currently using this extra dark castor oil overnight every 3-4 days with Peppermint Oil from about 1.5 months to get thicker hair; I might mix in flaxseed oil to the whole mix to make the hair mask slightly thicker. 2- The quality of the oil has been consistent and is natural to the point where it had, what looked to be, natural roots within the bottle. My 2 Cents: Given the thicker consistency of the product compared to cheaper castor oil it, at least seems to me, to be more nutritious for the hair. It's worth trying if you don't mind the higher price difference compared to ordinary castor oil.

Good, but not extra dark. I have used an extra dark castor oil before, this is dark but not extra dark. But really good for hear growth.

The package came quickly with the top of the bottled sellotaped. At first I thought the tape was to secure the liquid in the bottle even further, but I quickly realised it was because they have probably opened it to dilute the contents and needed to secure the package again. I have ordered this brand before from another seller (the seller this time was Cart2gulf) and last time it was thick and dark like Jamaican Black Extra Dark Castor should be. This is thin, runny and quite a light brown. Very disappointed!

The bottle cap is not sealed, it's open and diluted probably as liquid is not thick enough as it should be. Also expiry date will be over soon in August, 2024. It's made in September, 2021!

The received bottle was not completely sealed .it was partially open .Don’t whether they have mixed with some other oil .

I have really dry textured hair, extremely curly and extremely frizzy. I straightened for almost 5 years straight every week, cause I didn’t know what to do with my hair anymore. This product changed the game for me, I wear my hair naturally. I mix this with some coconut and almond oil and lather it in my hair, keep it on through the night and wash it out the next morning. It has made a serious difference in my hair (I even compliments on my hair...which I never have).

The bottle looked fine on the outside but the safety seal was clearly damaged - the bottle was half-empty.

Going to be using it on my hair. People said it smells bad but I like the smell. Haven't tried it yet but it is thick and smells rich. I am thinking it will work on my dry hair as a treatment.
