Very back touch screen after the protector is applied

Doesnt fit, incomplete and finger print doesnt work
The item doesnt fit properly on the S20 Ultra, eventhough it is advertised as such. In addition the fingerprint stopped working with the protector on.And finally, not all items as described on the 'manual on how to apply the screen' were in the packaging.
