Flight Spray Nasal Hydration Spray for Airline Travelers - 0.5 Ounce Bottles(Boxed)

I purchased this nasal spray to use for travel because I often end up with someone else's cold or sore throat after I've flown, despite taking all the precautions of washing my hands and blowing my nose frequently, drinking hot beverages, avoiding touching as many surfaces as possible, and aiming air vents away from my face. I've used it now for two trips--one short direct flight and another long-distance flight with layovers. I have also recently been using it before and after I've gone to crowded public places (shopping malls, restaurants, etc.) because it's getting into cold and flu season. I'm happy to say that so far it seems to be working because I have not yet ended up with any respiratory illnesses. Time and winter will tell, but after two trips with no post-flight sinus issues or sore throat, I'm willing to give this spray the benefit of the doubt.My reason for four stars and not five is that when I first inhale this product it feels like my nasal passages are on fire. Although the sensation only lasts a few seconds, it's uncomfortable enough to make me cough and make my eyes water. Unfortunately, this also means I cannot use this spray discreetly during a flight...I have to wait until I can get up and go to the restroom or until after I've deplaned. It's not a deal-breaker, but I would prefer a product that does not sting and that I can slip out and use on the sly mid-flight without having to hide somewhere.Thus far, the benefits of this spray have far outweighed the drawbacks. I will choose a brief stinging sensation over a post-travel sinus infection any day of the week and will most likely be ordering a second bottle to use at my office during the cold months. I would highly recommend this product to travelers and to anyone who wants to help prevent airborne illnesses that float around in public places.

I chose Flight Spray because of the great reviews and the plant-based, minimal ingredients! I love that there are just three ingredients: turmeric, spearmint, and water. It feels great when sprayed into the nostrils and does not have a chemical feel nor drip like other nasal sprays. It's very mild, but does a great job hydrating the nasal passages.I started using it several days before my trips and put it to the test on two flights, a well-attended business conference, and while attending a business retreat. Travelling in the winter, socializing, and bunking with lots of people will put your immune system to the test! Many people at the retreat got sick afterwards, but I didn't! I've already made a second purchase in the larger quantity and will continue to use it daily until winter and my busy travel season are over!

Purchased for a recent international flight. Provides very temporary relief but I was just as stuffy after landing as usual.

I highly recommend this product. It's easy to use, just spray it in your nose as needed. I always had the cough and chest problems after int'l flights so I bought this, hoping it would make a difference. I flew the same int'l flight 4 months later, used this product, and it worked! I had no side affects and no coughing or lung issues once I got home. I worked for me, but we are all different. Give it a try; if it works you will have a much better flight and you will stay healthy.

The way it was wrapped was too difficult to remove and led the cap to come off too. Please simplify in future. The product itself is terrific.

Trusting this product was indeed helpful for keeping nasal passages moist I ordered a bottle and used it on my long 9 hour flight to Paris. As far as I can tell it did the job. The airlines did humidify the plane which I had never experienced before... So this could still be a bonus for travel. I also use it at home. To comment on anther customers remarks, it does not burn my nasal passages.

I wanted to think it helped with congestion, but it didn't seem to. It DID seem to keep my nose from getting dried out too much. I was just trying it in my home for future travel needs. The smell was not unpleasant--a good thing here because I am very sensitive to smells! Hard to tell if it will do anything to keep me from getting sick. I usually use Flonase for allergies, and was trying to find a natural alternative, as well. Will try again at a later date to experiment again.

Recently used on some very long international flights-- was so glad I had this product with me! I have environmental allergies and poor tolerance of dry air and my upper respiratory tract mucus membrane can be very dry in best of times -- the effectiveness of this flight spray far exceeds any nasal moisturizing sprays I have used on any flight!! Pleasant to use and last long time. Will definitely plan to have this flight spray on any future flights! A very pleased customer!!

I have suffered with a really bad intense head ache when I'm on a plane and it starts its descent. I read about this on a forum and tried it last year on a trip to America and Spain. It really does work, I no longer dread flying as a few sprays of this makes the descent a lot more comfortable

Helps to hydrate my nasal passages and protect me from infection when I travel. I'm imuno-suppressed so flying is dangerous, this does help and takes away the awful dryness caused by long flights with recirculated air conditioning.

This stuff is crazy how it works. Add this to some Neosporin or Brulidine (UK) and you shoudl be well covered in the contamination tanks known as airplanes.

Used this before on long flights to Asia. Stops that dried, bunged up feeling and somehow keeps my refreshed. Also it's good not to have the usual stuffed up and an airborne germs cold for days after the flight.

This was a great purchase as I had numerous long haul flights and this really helped.
