Strong interwoven bag material prevents puncture failures
Strong construction trash bag. Interwoven material prevents puncture break through for disposing of broken tile debris. Using the standard contractor trash bag I had several puncture leaks and a few failures. Using the demobag I had none.

Did exactly what I wanted it to do
I used this as a Travel Bag to cover my 40lb Back Pack that went into checked luggage. I looked long and hard for a protective bag before my trip. My backpack was way to big for carryon luggage. The protective bag had to be Large, Light, Strong and fold down to a small size for reuse on each leg of the trip. I used a heavy duty, reusable zip-lock to keep it closed. I used one bag for 8 flights where the bag was handled (3x - switching planes, 5x - baggage claim pick up) and it survived intact. It did show wear but it held up and I'm so glad that wear was not absorbed by the fabric on my back pack. A single bag when reused, naturally folds down to it's packaged size of 11" x 7" x 3/8". I would say it is VERY water resistant. The weave is very tight. When new, water that is dripped or lightly poured (outside in the rain) all the water will run off the bag. If the bag was sitting in water and new, the water would probably get in with time. After 8 uses, through the airlines, I had some small puncture holes in the bag and the weave was loosened up in some areas so it was definitely not water proof at this point. It was still water resistant but not to the same degree as when it was new. Water does not soften or weaken the fibers this bag is made from. This is some tuff stuff. It's made from the same material as Tyvek, the stuff they wrap new homes in during construction for weather proofing. I don't have a piece of tyvek to look at right now but I think the only difference is the Tyvek may be a smaller and tighter weave. This bag is made from a coarser and stronger weave.

Also work well to protect checked airline luggage
Used to wrap around infant car seat for airline gate-check. Held up no problem. Heavy-duty bags would recommend for car seat, stroller, backpacking backpack, or any piece of luggage that you want protected. Used a bright colored cross-strap to hold it in place.

ONLY 5 Bags - Do not buy bad deal
This is a rip off. Global strategies makes this look like you are getting the same thing as other vendor however there is Only 5 bags in each box. It seems like they could make this more clear. Do not buy this buy the 20 box from someone else

DISAPPOINTED!
I have only used one bag so far and the seam has separated. I used the bag to carry linen so beings though it is for construction I expected it to be very durable. I am very disappointed.
