I couldnt believe it. I have been having really bad hair loss throughout the day. The clump of hair i had to pick up on the floors, bathtub, and in the vacuum cleaner was a lot. After a month of taking a capsule a day, i could clearly see the difference. I dont see any fallout when i comb my hair with my hands. I see maybe 10 strands on the floor as compared to bundles. I clean roomba less these days and the bathtub clump is much much less too. i dont think i can live without this product ever again. and its cheap too so i can't argue with that
