Real leather, thick and strong, just like a belt should be. Great quality, that's why I bought a second one. I really recommend it.

Nice high quality leather belt, got this as a replacement for my Levi’s belt that had worn out near the buckle. Just swapped the buckle over, took 2 mins to sort out, worn it for a few days and not had any problems.

It's a fairly decent belt however today one of the popstuds holding the buckle came off. I'm still wearing it but I'll have to refix another stud later.

Surprisingly good quality leather belt buckles fit fine looks good with blue Jeans or Crag Hoppers (retired so that's about as 'smart' as I can be bothered to get)! I have bought cheaper and been very disappointed, you really do get what you pay for!

Ifyou want a quality belt then Ashford Ridge is fot you. Superb leather which is thick and supple hand made. I wanted a special thickness and the company was more than happy to supply me. Highly reccommended.

This belt blank is incredible value for money. The leather is really thick (4 mm) and amazing quality. I'm absolutely delighted with it. The edges aren't burnished, so I will rub some beeswax on them and burnish them myself. The leather doesn't smell or feel as if it has been treated so I'm going to give it a good coating of dubbin and then turn a hairdryer on it. Neither of those points are criticisms; rather they're what you'd do to any new leather belt at this price. BUT, be warned, it's just a tad too wide for a 1 1/2 inch belt buckle. I actually bought it to put an old Levis 501 buckle on not realising that it was just a bit too wide. I've actually shelled out for a new buckle to put on this as I'm delighted with the leather. I'm 71, and I'm confident that I'll never need to replace this in my lifetime. So I'm going to have one additional belt and one of my boys will inherit it when I don't need it any more! I've sourced a 1 1/2 inch blank from another source for the Levis buckle. :-)

I have been searching for several weeks to find a "real" leather belt without a buckle. I never would have believed how difficult the task is. Most belts advertised as leather are in fact leather coated junk from China. Finally I thought I found the perfect UK company, Ashford Ridge. I read dozens of reviews prior to purchase to ensure they were whole grain leather, and good quality. I even paid big attention to the sizing to make sure they fitted. All my trousers are 30 to 32 inch waist depending on trouser style. So I confidently ordered two of the medium 32 to 36 inch waist belts to be safe. On arrival, I could already see they were way too small. So I ordered the large 36 to 40 inch waist belt, it arrived and the fit looked perfect. My joy ended right there. The pop studs are so cheap, thin and nasty that I can't undo them, they just bend. The company even attach a tag to show who made the belt, giving the illusion that some form of quality control is in place, when clearly there is not. So, many weeks later, I still have six beautiful belt buckles but no belts.

Tolles Leder und super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wunderbares Leder, weich und mit sehr schöner Farbe und Oberfläche. Die Maßtabelle sollte man sich vorher genau ansehen, wobei mein Gürtel etwas zu lang war, obwohl ich die Anleitung genau befolgt habe (eine Nummer kürzer wäre besser gewesen). Statt ihn zurück zu schicken habe ich mit dem 5-Millimeter-Bohrer einfach noch ein paar Löcher hinzugefügt. Geht super! Trotzdem volle Empfehlung von mir! Würde ich wieder kaufen.

I’ve purchased several of these belts from this brand. Definitely quality leather. I have them in black and brown to interchange w my boots. They hold up great, soft flexible leather that doesn’t cut into you. I also like them for my OWB conceal carry holster. The value for you dollar is so good I’ve even gifted them and the recipients love them as well.
