Contigo West Loop Stainless Steel Travel Mug with AUTOSEAL Lid, 16oz., Stainless Steel/Black

I love my Contigo AUTOSEAL West Loop 3.0 20OZ travel mug! I had another Contigo coffee mug for about 8 years and loved it. Once I needed to upgrade, I jumped on the West Loop and it is great. No leaks so far. Easy to clean. Color (Transparent Berry) is very nice. It feels very solid... I am not nervous about dropping this thing at all. It also keeps my coffee super hot for a long time... which is great! I assume it would be just as good ice I needed to keep things cool. The only things I don't love... -1: It is about 1/8 inch too tall for my Ninja Coffee machine. I need to brew into a different cup and pour it into the West Loop. Or I can bend the coffee machine a little and get it in... but then the mug touches the bottom of the dispensing area, and that feels icky. -2: The lock button (pictured) slips from Unlocked to Locked often. Just carrying it up my stairs with other things under my arms causes this. But I don't think it'll have the opposite issue... going from Locked to Unlocked as that feels much tighter. Even with 1 and 2 above, I love this. But I might consider getting the 16oz when I need to replace this one again in 8 or so years :)

These mugs are gorgeous but even better than that, they absolutely will not spill if you knock them over. They even have a lock on the lid in case you're putting it in a bag for on the go in case the autoseal mechanism accidentally gets pushed in. When I first got them, I thought I had to open and close the lock to keep it from spilling but you do not have to do that at all. The grip is great and I haven't put any hot liquids in it yet, but it keeps your drinks icy cold for hours. Well worth the money.

This bottle is perfect meaning it's easy to clean and keeps the liquid hot for hours. I would highly reccommend if your looking for an all rounded bottle meaning it keeps liquid hot, easy to clean and with no spills. This was purchased as a gift and it lived up to its name.

Absolutely love these!!! And it has a lock on it too that I didn't realize!!! Best for car and all around. Keeps things cold and hot!!! I have 2 one for my iced coffee and one for my hot coffee

I've had one of these for 5 years with no issues. They work great! I recently purchased another one in Feb. of this year and already the top came apart when trying to wash it. Unfortunately, I cannot find a way to purchase just the top so I guess I'll have to buy a new cup (which I will do). I just wish their shop had a place to buy just the top, otherwise, I love this cup. Keeps coffee hot for hours!

good quality - keeps coffee hot by a tight, secure feature on lid that also prevents accidental spillage. Slim enough into my car’s cup holder and attractive color. Plus, it washes super easily with hot water and dish soap.

TRULY GREAT TRAVEL MUGS!!! About 10 yrs ago or longer 1st had purchased them elsewhere & my husband uses every day he goes to work saving a ton of money! I set coffee pot to go off & b ready for him to "pour & go" in the a.m. He works in construction & doesn't even want to try another brand again!!! Once I saw Amazon had them, have been getting from here with much better price & have in 2 days(or less) with Prime. Only reason we've ever needed to replace, was because they at times get banged up(falling off rooftops on construction sites or other high v places where get very large dents (still are able to use but won't let him leave the house like that and the only other reason is him accidentally leavingc one behind someplace that he don't know when he'll b going back to if ever.... but he ONLY WANTS CONTIGO!!! I hand wash as soon as he gets home & on weekends put the tops on top rack of dishwasher & his newest pair had a plain stainless steel mug that is able to go anywhere in dishwasher, so I put that in as well. Just b sure to rinse the lids well after being in dishwasher!!! My husband is not gentle with anything & these Contigo Travel Mugs will last him with all the uses & drops when carrying lunch bag & everything else at end of day I see some of the paint over time is scratched up but that's after a year or longer of him using almost daily outside on huge Commercial Air conditioning units that could be one of those tiny homes they sell now & he somehow v seems 2 drop them all the time from top of those onto cement type rooftops with rocks at places etc & they still hold up!!! DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND!! I make 10 cups with the coffee pot & it fills completely 2 of these as well as a large coffee mug that he drinks w/his breakfast as the others sit in Contigo mugs cooling off a bit & when getting ready to leave puts the lids on otherwise would be much much too hot for him to drink on his way to the jobsite that he's always early for & sits in his work van finishing 1st cup as reading news on cell, then brings the 2nd up to the roof, sometimes the 1st cup as well & that's when I'm cleaning out lunch bag & notice only 1 mug.... so quickly order new on here with a backup mug already in place that I ALWAYS keep for those situations...knowing they won't go bad, I figure better to b safe than sorry cause he needs those 2 full mugs to keep warm & also so used to certain anount of caffeine, he'd get a nasty caffeine withdrawal headache without it. So if looking for a great size, safe travel mugs, Contigo is the way to go!!! Family & friends have picked him up others but they've never lasted more than a, week, maybe 2 max!!! They're made to last for sure!!! Very very well made & the newer top is extremely easy to hand wash! A DEFINITE HIGH RECOMMENDATION!!! Will continue to purchase these mugs as long as they continue to keep the product as is & that seems to b the case, since as i said above he's been using them for over 10 yrs maybe closer to 15 yrs now & Contigo continues to make an exceptional product, only minor changes to the lids, just making it so much easier to clean well...ALSO, A HUGE PLUS, HE'S NEVER EVER EVER HAD EVEN A SLIGHT SPILL!!!! THAT'S EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! JUST OVERALL MADE VERY WELL!! Don't look further, GET A CONTIGO TRAVEL MUG!!! Also, if u don't care what color, prices vary on colors.. my husband doesn't care what color so we always order the most inexpensive ones! This set is an EXTREMELY great value & would be a nice Christmas gift to friend, family, co worker etc...DEFINITELY WORTH IT!!!! 👍🏼👍🏼

I have bought so many cups that say spill proof but turn 'em upside down and drip, drip, drip. This one DOES NOT LEAK. I wish I'd gotten the large one. And your drink stays hot ALL DAY LONG. Seriously. Make your coffee in the morning, walk out the door, forget about it, come back 5 hours later and it is still HOT. Buy this brand. Put it upside down in your bag of stuff and forget about it.

I have spent many hours researching travel mugs, so I could finally have a leak free hot latte every morning when I commute to work. This was the winner. With this leak free AUTO SEAL mechanism , a Mercedes of coffee mugs. It was expensive too, minimum £25 so I decided to wait an order one on AMAZON US half the price including the delivery . I even ordered extra one for my partner. While I was waiting I bought a budget HIWILL Double Walled Vacuum Insulated Travel Coffee Mug, for ten pounds. I chose the smaller size for my son and was using it while waiting for Contigo. Yes it was too small for a large latte but leak proof and hot for hours!!! When contigo 2.0 arrived it was impressive but heavy. The auto seal works well and it's easy to clean. It's bigger than Hiwill but that's what I wanted, Unfortunately coffee loose the temperature very quickly. Having been using the hiwill I could feel huge difference. No more hot coffee on my desk when I arrive to work. So disappointed....I am considering sending them back , but it will be to US ... UPDATE: After few hit and misses with latte temperature and rinsing the cup with boiling water to make it hot I have no issues with the right temperature for at least 3 hours ! A win!

They are the best in my veiw to have as a coffee cup. The West Loop holds the heat, does not leak at any angle. You can get spare parts for them at a reasonable price. The west loop lid can go in the top shelf of a dish washer but the cup needs to be washed by hand as the colour can come off.
