How come its safe for babies it smell colorox?

Dear I had the same question, I asked the seller as well as I have made my research, yes It is 100% safe as the active ingredient is approved from EPA(Environmental protection agency) USA that is safe on newborns, baby toys & even pacifiers. As for the smell, it has a slight chlorine smell due to the ionization of Pure salt and water.
