Correct factory part, arrived quickly, works great, great price!
Local shop could not get this locally except through a dealer for twice the price. Ordered it myself and had the shop install it. Saved about $100.00.

2008 Pontiac G8 GT
Works perfectly and while I was installing it, installed the cam shaft position sensor as well because it's right above the starter. Mine was going bad, killed 2 birds with one stone!!!

Direct oe replacement
This fits 08 and first production 09 models. If you have an 09 like mine you need to check the vin #. After L9 itll be 1,2,or 3. If it's a 1 you need this one.Also you're gonna need to unbolt the exhaust manifold to get clearance.It's the same oe part that came out. Fits right and turns over strong.

Worked for 2009 Pontiac G8 GT no crank issue
Bought this to cure an intermittent no crank condition on a 2009 pontiac G8 GT. Solved the problem perfectly, even if it was terrible to install past the headers and took about 3 hours.

BUY WITH CAUTION!!
After reading the reviews, I decided to purchase this starter for my 09 Pontiac G8 GT. I purchased this starter August, 2019, and it failed yesterday February, 20, 2020. This is ridiculous and it was a waste of time and money!! DO NOT BUY OR WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS STARTER!
