Q: Will sharpen tungsten tipped stonemasonry chisels?

Q: can you use a 150mm wheel on a 200mm grinder? (along with a 200mm wheel)?

Yes, because the RPM is lower on the 200mm grinder. The problem is that cutting will be slow and the various guards and tool rests will not work as intended with a 150mm wheel

Q: Can this be used for tig tungsten sharpening or is there another draper wheel more suitable?

Tungsten is very slightly "softer" than tungsten carbide so it should be fine for you imo.

Q: Is it suitable for hss? i know it is a ferrous metal but i need a finer grit. i know it says non ferrous metals!!

The only advise we are able to offer is that it is suitable for sharpening TCT tools & grinding non-ferrous metals including alloys. kind regards Draper Tools
