Exactly what I needed
I used this for styrofoam insulation & it worked great. I also cut holes in styrofoam shipping coolers to make warm cat beds. It cut easy & best of all it didn’t make a mess.

SHORT LIFE
When first used it worked great , after 15 cuts it stopped working so I purchased another brand. Excited at first with its performance but then it failed . Would not purchase another one nor would I recommend it to anybody after reading the same complaints.

Like a hot knife thru butter
I got this to cut woven polyester weedblock. I was impressed by hot easily and neatly it cut thru the weedblock fabric. It cuts better and faster than a good pair of scissors.

Bulky and didn't cut my foam.
This product is hard to use, since you have to hold it the whole time it's on. It's very heavy and doesn't achieve the cuts I was hoping to get. It was delivered on the last day I could return it, so I can't even get my money back.

Works great for cutting foam insulation
My husband used this to cut foam insulation to insulate our garage doors. It made the job a lot less messy. He has since lent it to a friend who also used it for the same kind of job.

What a joke
Bought to cut lariat rope, barely gets hot enough to cut 1/8 in braided nylon cord
