Murphy's Law (1986) [Blu-ray] [2020]

Bronson at his 80s best. He was the start of the 60s plus aged action stars. Doesn't matter what budget you had in the 80s, that decade just took care of you and movie making were at their highlight's. No comparison to the likes with Neeson because he doesn't belong in the same category as Bronson, Norris, Stallone, Arnold, B Reynolds and Clint... They were men of action. This blu ray may very well be the best we will ever see Murphys Law, it's with a few extra and it's Original Trailer which is all you really need. A wonderful 32page photo booklet and glossy slipcase. There was supposed to be a newly commissioned art design cover but I don't know why 88films didn't follow through with this. Let's hope 88films finishes off the late 80s Bronson catalogue with Assassination and Kinjite as they already have Messenger of Death in there family.

Another Fantastic release from 88 Films, comes in a Limited Edition Slipcase & with a 32 Page Limited Edition Photo Booklet.Definitely 1 of Bronson's Best outings with The Cannon Group.Full of Action & Humour & the teaming up of Kathleen Wilhoite is a masterstroke..1 of the Best Films of 1986.

Time has not been kind to this classic, which truly deserves to be classed in the "they don't make them like this anymore" category. Hard man Bronson , drinking half a bottle of Jack Daniels for breakfast, punching his way to solve the investigation, some of the dialogue is laughable but the set pieces are great. If you have seen it you will know what to expect, if you love 80s cinema give a go.

The 3 stars i have given this is for the film itself not the packaging etc that should be 5 stars as with most of 88 film releases they always look great.The film itself ... i saw it many years ago on vhs and i remembered that id liked it , then i rewatched this bluray i have to say its not a good film in fact id say its one of bronsons worst films. its poorly acted and nothing much actually happens.If you want a decent bronson film in the same vein check out 10 to midnight.
