A "new" weapon against the common cold.
A friend with a degree in nutrition gave me a few of these pills while I had a bad cold. The only reason that I didn't give this product 5 stars is because, while I felt that the pills lessened the severity and duration of my cold, I cannot prove that fact. After my cold ended, I purchased a bottle of Zhong Gan Ling pills so I would have them on hand to take as soon as I felt threatened by another cold. (I think that taking these pills at the first sign of a cold is vital to their effectiveness.) Since I purchased a bottle to have on hand, before my next cold takes hold, it is obvious that I feel that Zhong Gan Ling made me feel more comfortable while I had a cold, and that it shortened the duration of that cold ... just as it is supposed to do. Zhong Gan Ling is now a standard product in my medicine chest.
