I bought this sushi vinegar mainly because of the price, and I’m pleasantly surprised at how good it is! It has a nice, balanced flavour that works perfectly for sushi rice. The vinegar tastes fresh and authentic. For such an affordable option, the quality is excellent - definitely better than I expected for the price. Overall, a great value purchase for anyone making sushi at home.

This is my usual sushi rice seasoning. Others have been too sweet, or too sharp, but this one has a nice balance and gives a good, but not overwhelming flavour so that the sushi fillings can stand out. The big bottle and low price are great too.

Best value compare to the supermarket. Price for the larger bottle is better than buying something small. Used for sushi rice and completely changed the flavour. Highly recommend

I’ve bought this twice now. I think its the best rice vinegar I’ve tried! I use it for pickling, dressings and for rice seasoning. It has a great flavour, lovely and mellow. And a litre is good for the price. Highly recommend this and Emma Basic’s sushi rice and furukake seasonings!!

I’m really impressed with this sushi vinegar. It has a clean, balanced flavor that makes homemade sushi taste so much better. I also love that it’s gluten-free and has no additives. The large 1000 ml bottle is great value, and it works perfectly for pickling too.

Better to make your own, but in a pinch this is good to reach for and is easy to use. Quality is good, value for money is excellent, and it tastes decent - but don't use too much, pay attention to recommended quantities, or it can overwhelm your rice.

Saves me making up my own salad dressing. Salty, tangy and tasty. I've ordered another one.

Da ich viel Sushi zubereite, war ich auf der Suche nach einer einfachen Lösung für den Reis. Nachdem ich die Rezessionen gelesen habe, benutze ich Sushi Vinegar inzwischen auch für Salatsoßen und bin begeistert. Ich mochte schon seit längerem keinen Essig mehr, weil die Qualität so schwankt. Mal zu sauer mal zu süß. Mit dieser Basic mache ich mir das Leben beim Kochen leichter. Es ist auch sehr sparsam anzuwenden und gibt einen tollen Geschmack. Klare Kaufempfehlung

Très goûteux, ce vinaigre de riz n'a pas besoin de préparation supplémentaire, on peux le verser directement dans le riz ! En plus, il revient moins cher d'acheter directement un litre de vinaigre de riz déjà préparé que plusieurs petites bouteilles de 150Ml des "grandes" marques habituelles
