My greek yoghurt turned out great! It's super simple and works really well - bring your milk to a rolling boil, let it cool till you can dip a knuckle in for 5 seconds, add the starter culture and mix well until no lumps. I live in a hot & humid place so the yoghurt set in about 6 hours. I transferred it to one of those yoghurt filters to thicken and get whey. I used skimmed milk and got a nice jelly like yoghurt from it, super happy with this starter! I can also make several batches with the yoghurt so one pack lasts for ages, making it super cost effective. Pro tip - use skimmed milk to reduce the fat content & stir in some skimmed milk powder after boiling milk to increase the protein content of the final product! (People think using a high protein starter gives high protein yoghurt but that's false - it depends on the protein content of the milk you use)

It works well enough and does what it says if you follow the instructions that came with it..... being said that it is really overpriced as I was able to find similar cheaper product in local shop after buying this.

Amazing product, such a smooth and thick yogurt it makes. I didn't even need to strain it because it's so thick. Use full fat buffalo A2 milk and boiled it to reduce it to 800 ml and the yogurt is so thick and yummy. My mom got surprised and said tune kya dal k bnai. 😂😂
