Very nice soy sauce. Not too salty, not too runny, good depth of flavour and a little goes a long way. Big 1ltr bottle at a good price. Now a regular buy for us.

Great taste, great value for money, and no unwelcome additives…

I usually buy Kikkoman Tamari Gluten-free Soy Sauce 1L, but I saw this and decided to try it. It is very decent, with the distinctive Tamari taste, but not quite as delicious as Kikkoman.This sauce has a faint aftertaste that doesn't really agree with me, but it's negligible. It still tastes more piquant than plain soy sauce.For cooking and in sauces or gravies it is perfectly alright, although for pure dipping I still prefer Kikkoman.All in all, for this unbeatable price it is a great bargain, as usual with Emma Basic I am pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality.Definitely worth if you use a lot of Tamari.I love Emma Basic's products, their Miso paste is a staple in my kitchen.

Very tasty and good value

This soy sauce had no right being this good for such a low price. And it does not have as much sugar a the others so I can add it to my keto diet without issues.

I randomly discovered this brand on Amazon - loved it as their products are mostly clean and without all sorts of additives (which can be hard to find) and also great value for money

Ich habe schon andere Artikel von Emma Basic in der Küche in Verwendung (Sesam in zwei Sorten, Sesamöl, Panko) und bin sehr zufrieden.Trotzdem war ich skeptisch, eine andere salzarme Sojasauce zu kaufen als die bisherige von K.Zugegeben: Die Sojasauce ist dünner, aber geschmacklich gefällt sie mir sogar besser, denn sie ist weicher und unaufdringlicher im Geschmack.

Cercavo un'alternativa meno costosa ad un'altra marca che vende solo bottigliette minuscole e l'ho trovata. Il sapore è diverso, ma molto buono. Contiene circa la metà del sale della soia che compravo. Unica nota negativa è la bottiglia: sebbene il formato grande la renda più conveniente, non è molto pratica da usare. Si risolve tutto travasandola per l'uso e conservando il resto della bottiglia in frigorifero.

The flavor is still rich and well-balanced, so I never feel like I’m missing anything.I’ve used it in stir-fries, marinades, sauces, and even as a dipping sauce, and it works perfectly in everything. If you’re trying to cut back on salt or need a gluten-free option without sacrificing flavor, this is an excellent choice. I’ll definitely be buying it again.
