I wish I could buy it all the time but because of my budget it's really a luxury. You won't regret buying it. High quality and great flavor and good for you!! its okay, but for some odd reason I dont feel the benefit like I use to,, also disappointing that its in a p[lasticn jar. could be why> size is good , strength not so much, but them again I usually get 350MGO .. honestly the taste is off too, almost like crysralied sugar water,
