Defective - No Cold Water
Even though the machine looks nice it wasn't working. It did not produce cold water. Even though the compressor kept on running there was no difference in temperature between the normal room temperature and cold temperature faucets. Hot water worked fine. A quiet machine. I wish it worked. Had to return unfortunately.

It has stopped working. Only 6 months old
Stopped working all of a sudden. Water doesn’t cool and the fridge at the bottom has never worked.Unable to find a link to contact seller to use my extended warranty!! It is only 6 months old and should still covered for faults up to 1 year.

Very poor quality
If there’s -1 I would rate it minus.Nu customer service, unknown brand, not reliable, no spare parts available in the market.Lesson learned. Big X on the unknown brand (dolphin)!!!
