Can this be used for outdoor applications. Will it withstand hot/cold/wet weather?

I bought this stuff. I used it inside to fix a few things. The tube is bigger than it looks in the picture. I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable using it outside. If your doing an outside project you should probably go for the construction adhesive in a tube the kind you would need a caulk gun for...like Liquid Nails...you may have a lot of left over waste but you need a product that's gonna stand up to all kinds of weather. Home Depot or Lowes any good hardware chain should have it.

can this be used to glue down carpet tile?

Personally I used it for a bathroom wall tile & it's been a year and it's still there. I found this glue to work very well. It might be so good that it would be extremely hard to remove.

Can I use it on fabric

Just tried (and failed) to bond Velcro backing to the polyester material on the headband of my noise-cancelling headset. Use a contact adhesive that states it bonds fabric.

Thank you for the question. Initial dry time is 24 hours. Most applications achieve full strength in 12 hours. Applications on low porosity surfaces may take 7 days or longer to achieve full strength.
