5 Habits of a Woman Who Doesn't Quit

Amazing Book!!
I loved the writers style! It felt like a friend writing to you, and her stories were so relatable and great examples for the points she was making. I would definitely recommend this book to any woman period. It was such an easy read with thought provoking questions, and she really knows how to make you aware of your rough spots without making you feel bad about yourself. She is so transparent about her own faults throughout the book and makes you feel like you are not alone in your own!! I will definitely be reading this book over and over! Also, I’ve always loved the book of Ruth, so that made this book so much more relatable and easy to understand her points because Ruth has always been a woman from the Bible that I have looked up to, and now I have five more reasons to love her story even more!!

A really great book that I could totally relate to
I am already a big fan of this author so when I found out she had a book out I was so excited! Then to see it was a book about not quitting, I thought to myself, "Oh wow this has my name written all over it". This book was great...really hit home with me. I love how Nicki shared so much of her personal ups and downs within this book and all the while relating it to Ruth in the Bible. Nicki gives us so many helpful Bible verses and tips to help us persevere and push on through. I wish I could show you a picture of my book...more than half of it is highlighted! Anyway I highly recommend this book and I have a feeling I will be reading it again and again. 5***** all the way around from this reviewer.

Love it! I keep rereading it!
I've recently read a book that has truly spoken to my heart, mind, soul... Everything! The book is "5 Habits of a Woman Who Doesn't Quit" by Nicki Koziarz.I don't remember how it caught my eye but I ended up buying the paper copy, the kindle version AND the audible version! Over the last 2 months or so, I've listened to the entire thing at least 3 times, also read it and reread/highlighted my kindle version! I also participated in an online Bible study through Proverbs 31 Ministries for 5 weeks which included other videos, blog posts, questions, etc. that aren't in the book. Now, seriously! I've been wanting to post something about the book for a few weeks from the first time I listened to the whole book, but I had to finish the Bible study (and on time!) so that I could actually say I DID NOT QUIT! Lol!!From the foreword that had the statement "A committed woman learns to choose what she wants most over what she wants now." to the last chapter that had the verse "So we must not get tired of doing good, for we will reap at the proper time if we don't give up." (Galatians 6:9) "Don't give up!" If I could make that bold or underline it I would. This book has truly both challenged me and helped me to continue to persevere in various aspects of my life that I struggle with giving up or quitting. It's also helped me see areas of my life that I didn't even realize I was being "a quitter."This is probably the first book I've ever (voluntarily) read, reread and studied and actually wrote out thoughts and answers to questions through the ENTIRE book!! So often I'll start a book or other study and love it but then never finish it. This was not that way!I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend it!

This is not the Bible Study
This is a great book, but if you're like me and thought one book was the Leader Bible study and the other book was for a group Bible study this book is NOT a bible study. the Bible study is the black book. This book is a good read and I really enjoyed it, but wanted to Clear up any confusion for others.

Choose what you want MOST over what you want NOW...
I'm so glad I got my hands on this book. Nicki's painfully honest storytelling made me immediately feel at ease with her, like she is my slightly quirky, always has a pot of hot coffee on, next-door neighbor. And since I live on my own little "fixer-upper farm," I could completely relate to so many of her stories about gardening, faith, and family.I always enjoy reading books by authors who don't claim to know it all, but are wiling to share the tough life lessons that have brought them one step closer to the person they were created to be. Nicki is warm and endearing, and her willingness to be vulnerable and honest about her shortcomings is a breath of fresh air.I love how this book was saturated with truth from scripture and the beautiful story of Ruth's faithfulness in spite of her challenging circumstances. A few of my favorite take-away's from the book were: the challenge to discover my refinement assignment, to choose what I want most over what I want now, and how following through unleashes the power of God in my life.I would highly recommend this book to you if you have ever struggled with the whole "quitting" thing. There is so much practical application in the "Make it Stick" and "To be Honest" sections at the end of each chapter, you won't be able to help but apply the 5 habits to your own unique situation.

Amazing Teacher, Speaker and Now Writer Who Didn't Quit
I have had the privilege of being under the teaching of Nicki Koziarz at Proverbs 31 OBS. She is an amazing teacher and an amazing speaker, but now I can add an AMAZING writer. This book is a must for every woman. All women whether they confess it or not has wanted to quit something. This book is not only for the mom raising children, but for the young lady in college, the recent college graduate heading into the real world, and a woman reaching a time of retirement. No matter how old you are you receive a blessing and so much insight into the story of Ruth and how by her not quiting led her to an incredible family tree. Enjoy the reading and studying of Ruth, while at the same time learning more about yourself.

Essential read if you need encouragement to put your faith into action.
This is an amazing book, packed full of life's reality and how to be someone who doesn't quit but keeps going, trusting God in all of life's difficult situations. Nikki uses illustrations from her own life that help see these 5 principles in action. She also uses the story of Ruth as a backdrop. It is extremely well written (and I am fussy). I feel I know Nikki personally and it has been a delight reading this book. Maybe one day I will write one too that she can read!!
