the packaging was damaged, the product box was broken
I purchased this as a gift, but the packaging was damaged, the product box was broken, and it was covered with brown, dirt-like stains. I haven’t even opened the plastic wrap yet, but this definitely shouldn’t be sold to anyone in this condition. I can’t give this as a gift, so I would like to return it. I really need a replacement quickly, but if it can’t arrive soon, I would prefer to return it. I’m in a difficult situation.
