Well I decided to see how this information applied to me! I asked myself what are my rituals? How am I showing up? Am I being authentic in the way I show up??? In what ways am I giving off mixed messages!!! And am I presenting in a way that matches what I want??? I was able to more fully understand that my own confidence is directly correlated with what I am doing! Very small things that are important to me can set me up to show up and feel and be effective or send my day down a weird path! My awareness of myself has significantly improved. And yes I had a patient sit in front of me and his eyes went every direction but at me when I checked in with him and asked how his recovery was going. He later came forth with the truth that he had a slip!!! It has also been extremely helpful in improving my relationship with my significant other but I will leave it at that!
