I may have written something favorable if it had WORKED!! “Activate in three easy steps-ha! I followed your instructions—I’m dtill waiting for the confirmation email. I was stuck in Colombia without a phone. If I had service, I would have asked for a refund before my time ran out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product to anyone. What a waste of time and my money. Next time I’ll just buy s Colombian phone.

It really works! I will advice activating the Sim a day or two before your travels. Make sure it's a business day so that you can contact service support if there are any issues.

I had a Busniess trip in Guatemala and when I arrived the cell serviced only worked for data. When I asked customers service they said “You can only call to the UK” then why advertise Central America! Luckily me and a couple of my family members have an IPhone so we were able to still text through I-message. Don’t rely on CALL and TEXT

I had it enabled 2 days before my trip just to be sure. It worked fine upon landing in Peru but stopped working after 24 hours. Unfortunately we were using it to find our way around and could no longer use it to get back to the hotel. After contacting TravSIM (and finally hearing back from them the next morning), they stated they "could not find any problems", but it magically started working again and worked for the rest of the trip. Aside from the initial hiccup, I would recommend using a travel sim card when visiting foreign countries.

Ich habe die Sim für meinen 3 wöchigen Urlaub in Costa Rica bestellt. Hauptsächlich fürs Navi (Waze). Ich hatte fast überall Empfang und Internet. Allerdings habe ich es falsch eingeschätzt und die 20 GB waren viel zu viel. Rein fürs Navi (wir sind über 2000km gefahren) gingen nicht mal 1 GB drauf und in Hotels usw gibts eh meist Wlan. Ich kann diese SIM absolut empfehlen. Einfach ein paar Tage vorher aktivieren wie beschrieben, in Costa Rica einsetzen und alles funktionierte ohne Probleme und ohne besondere Einstellungsänderungen.

Ordered this to use in Guatemala, worked perfectly! Also very useful during a very long transit in Panama. Don’t forget to activate « roaming data » on your phone with this SIM card in otherwise your 3G won’t work.

Hat super in Costa Rica funktioniert. Ich habe sie 2 Tage vor Abflug freischalten lassen. In der Mail ist auch eine Anleitung drin, gibt aber auch bei YT eine Videoanleitung. Vor Ort musste ich dann mein Handy 2 x neustarten, aber dann hat es geklappt. Bei eigener eSIM muss nur darauf geachtet werden, dass die richtige SIM auf mobile Daten gestellt wird.

Stopped working not even after the first day. It would show full bars and 4G data symbol but nothing would work at all. Not sure if maybe it doesn’t work in Colombia but I was disappointed to say the least. I would not recommend.
