Works well, give it time
I’ve had very good luck with these tea pills, recommended by my acupuncturist, I combo with Warm Cycle, to help my irregular and very crampy cycle. It took about 3 months before things improved, but now I have regular, minimal cramp cycles.

I haven’t noticed a difference but that’s not to say this doesn’t work because I take a lot of different herbs.

Hearbal pills easy to take
There are 200 pills in the bottle. In the instructions on the label it says take 8 pills 2,3x a day. Which means, you will end up using the entire bottle in 8 days. Therefore I find them pricey. I will update my review after I see favorable results. As of now, I have seen great results in sleeping. My sleeping improved the furst day. Still waiting to see how they will balance my hormons. Currently experiencing amenorrhea.

According to my acupuncturist, Plum Flower is the best as far as consistent quality. Everything about my order was as expected.

My acupuncturist recommended this product after some fertility issues and saying that I had a cold uterus and this product would help warm it I don't know for certain if it was this product, but I am pregnant now after using this for a month. It's a lot of pills to take in one day and the bottle goes fast, but it's not too expensive.
