Best out there
Best catchers gear in the market , made for catchers by a hall of fame catcher , my granddaughter loves it . It’s a lil big on her , I bought the small , she’s about to turn 9 and is petite , I was able to hem the strap area around the neck for a better fit . Worked out great

Worth the extra cost compared to others
This is as it says, the very best. My daughter has used several and so has my son, both are catchers. This has the best buckles, looks nice, comfortable and thick padding without being too bulky. My girl loves it. We will be buying the very best helmet next. Slowly replacing the parts of her current All Star set, which was cheaply made in comparison (but also a lot cheaper). The quality is worth the cost for me though.

Neck guard is in the way at times
My daughter needed yet another chest protector as we seem to destroy them relatively quickly. I chose this based on some good reviews. We have been through Evoshield, Schutt, Allstar...all are comparable. The only beef my daughter has is with the neckguard. We understand its intent, but with the hockey style helmets, it catches it at times where it gets in the way. Not a huge deal, but she has mentioned it a few times. Besides that, she likes the fit.

Great chest protection
As advertised, the Jen Schro gear is great. Recommend buying each piece of gear separately as the helmet is often too big for younger tall players.

Sizing spot on
I thought I would have to return it because it looked really small when I opened the package, but it is actually perfect. She is 5'2", 110lb, and we ordered a small. She tried it today and says it stays in place much better and feels more like a part of her than her old one (unisex 15" Easton). She is happy with the coverage. If she were still growing, I would probably have gone up to a medium.
