Too much plastic & not enough flavour.
More of a gimmick than anything else, tbh. 1 sad little lime leaf & 3 peppercorns, along with a dried chilli that seemed to add zero heat was pointless.The finished product was..: uninspired. This is definitely what I’d class as “Thai as interpreted by a British caf”.The only good thing about it was not having 1/2 a can of coconut cream left roaming around my fridge until I finally throw it out.
