The customer service from this company is very good.The item is currently being shipped over and will leave a detailed review of the item once I get it! I definitely recommend getting this as the customer service for it is very, very helpful and understanding.It definitely works. If you put it under glass and fill the glass with cigarette smoke it clears. I tried it. You can also see sun motes disappear / cling together and fall to the ground if you are around them. It works. It also is a bit shocking, meaning it literally shocks you if you touch the tip. But so does any ionizer.

I like to wear this in large crowds such as concerts. Just know that it does constantly make a beeping noise. In loud settings the beeping gets drowned out but if you were in a library per se you could hear it. I also do wish it was a little smaller

First off, I waited for this order for over 2 months, which when I get to use it and wanted to return the product, the return date already expired. Second, the beeping sound is annoying to a point that I don't even want to use it. If you are not sensitive to beeping sound, then this product is for you. I have not doubt that this product is doing it's job as negative ionizer, as you can smell "iron rusty" coming from it.

I can't smell any ozone near it or even after leaving this thing locked in a small box for several hours. I regret purchasing this.
