is this a leave in conditioner?

Not a leave in. Although I do leave mine in overnight sometimes. But usually I leave it in about 20 minutes.

Why can't they change the container packaging for the conditioner? Two times it came with half the product leaked out.

Mine came completely cracked all over and leaked everywhere. It’s all about how amazon packages it. They cannot change the actual container it comes in. It’s not the company’s fault, it’s amazons faulty packaging when they ship it. My first time ordering, it came in a box with no cushion. I called to complain and request a new one. The second time it came, it had bubble wrap and other stuff in it to cushion it and it didn’t crack. Type it in “special instructions” to package it well. Doesn’t hurt to try
