Finally—Comfort Meets CPAP!
I’ve a new CPAP user , and this was a game-changer for my CPAP comfort. These cushions are incredibly soft and adapt perfectly to the contours of my face. The gel material feels cool and soothing on the skin, especially compared to the standard silicone that often left me with pressure marks and irritation in the morning. With Dreamweaver, I wake up feeling more refreshed and far less sore. Installation was easy—fit right onto my mask without any hassle. I was worried about leaks or slippage, but the seal is excellent, and I haven’t had a single issue. It’s also noticeably reduced the red marks on my nose and cheeks, which is a big win if you care about not looking like you’ve been in a wrestling match overnight. If you use a CPAP regularly and are tired of discomfort or leaks, give these gel cushions a shot. Worth every penny.

Good quailty
While waiting on my CPAP supplier to get with it and decide to actually send my supplies, I took to ordering my own. I'm probably not the only one... This is just as good quality as the brand. I ordered wrong size and then got the small. Each came individually wrapped in plastic, not loose in a box. So I was sure of the sterility.

A Nostril to Nostril Comparison: DreamWear vs. ResMed Pillows
As you likely know, the DreamWear design came first and is slightly lighter overall than ResMed’s version. The gel style is no longer made but these are comfy. I started with the P30i but ResMed has redesigned the nasal cushions three times in three years. The latest version vents far too much exhaust air, making me feel like a cold air is blowing all night long. Thus, for ResMed, pillows are my only choice. I prefer to be able to switch off from pillows to cushions. DreamWear supplies also cost far less than ResMed—the cushion is softer. I like that because I feel less pressure just under my nose.

a better fit
I've tried a couple of different styles of the silicone pillows and I was hesitant with this originally due to the directed airflow into the nostrils assuming it would make it feel "weird". I can say I was pleasantly surprised how well these fit and direct air without any uncomfortable airflow into the nose. I highly recommend. Cleaning isn't as easy as I would have liked but overall, that may be the only drawback to these.

Comfortable and convenient
I have tried multiple types of headgear but this nosepiece and it's associated headgear are by far my favorite.

Felt like breathing through a straw
In all fairness, my ori style I wear lays across the nose. This had an extra piece that would inside the nose. I tried using it several times, but had to remove it fairly quickly as it felt like I was breaking through straws. Luckily they still carry the other style so I switched it back. Uncomfortable. Couldn’t breathe.
