**Q: What is the starch please? Are these gluten free?**
A: Googling the answer ... They are not certified Gluten Free.

This can be because they do not want to pay for the certification
     OR
They are not manufactured on a dedicated production line/building and there could be cross contamination.

I can find no mention of Gluten on the packaging.

Therefore it is your choice whether to risk it, or not. The best information I have is given above.

A: The new packets state these are now vegan friendly.

**Q: Still waiting for delivery. No tracing available Where is my order**
A: Message the seller direct or speak to Amazon about it

**Q: do these have the sour powdery coating ?**
