This is the best tasting olive oil I have ever used. I have to say I was shocked when I first tasted it. It is a light yellow in color; has a pleasant smell; and a delicate, delightful, fresh taste. I truly enjoyed cooking with it, the food did not burn or have a bad aftertaste and the amount in the bottle was well-worth the cost. I will buy this again.

Wow , This IS Tasty. This is excellent quality. The peppery taste that good quality olive oil gives you is Definitely there. I bought Atlas , and after having this , I was a little disappointed although sometimes you get what you pay for. I will check Deal Seek and koupon before buying anything. This is why I tried this. I used this with tumeric and dash of pepper for pain and the taste wasn't bad. I would buy this as a gift for people that love great olive oil if I actually bought food items this expensive as gifts. This is the very best. Great History. One shot glass to the full and taken at night, or in morning as you prefer. After 2-4 weeks you will know why. It is more expensive so I don't cook with it except for vegetables oven grilled. I use at least a full bottle every month, usually more. I keep this GOLD stocked! Best tasting for salads - all kinds. Rub on meats and baked potatoes and full body care. I put 1/4 teaspoon in my Chi's breakfast or 1/2 teaspoon if he is having issues, just until he's back to normal. Helps the gut.

i wanted to try a high quality evoo because everythign local didnt give me the peppery aftertaste. this evoo takes about 15s to kick in but the pepper hits and is good. now that i know what quality evoo is i can try find something affordable
