Everyone in our family takes milk thistle and we have used this brand for a long time. There is no after taste with these, easy to swallow and I found the quality to be consistent. We use these as a liver support supplement. I give them to my dog as well. She is medium size dog and I give double dosage a few days prior and after she is vaccinated or gets flea/tick/heartworm preventive.
