This is the highest quality shilajit I have come across. I have tried 3 brands available on amazon: Jarrow, Omica Organics and Dragon Herbs. I believe that dragon herbs is the highest quality shilajit you can get in capsules. Head and shoulders above the Jarrow brand. I opened the capsules and mixed the contents with water. It was very dark brown with a rich smoky flavour. Omica organics loose powder is also a good buy for the value but only if you can stand the taste. Also Green Planet Paradise is very prompt with shipping.

i have used dragon herbs for endurance- mushrooms like performance mushrooms do make a difference. supposedly shilajit has any trace stuff your body might need. i had a testosterone check and my doctor the first time asked if i was juicing. i dont know if my high levels are due to shilajit, cuz sometimes i go for a couple months without it- there havent been enough studies according to some, but dragon herb is no joke so i would say yes there herbalists are very well trained
