Lipcare Super Lysine Cream, 0.75 Ounce

I love this product. I have issues with recurrent cold sores & this definitely keeps them away &/or heals them quickly!

I have used this product for years. It is the best healing cream for skin bar none. I use it for all kinds of skin lesions. I'm a nurse and I far prefer this to antibiotic ointments. I always have some. Years ago I was in a health food store and a woman there had just had some skin cancers removed from her hands. She wanted something to help them heal. I steered her to super lysine. I ran into her a week or so later and her hands were healed. She said she loved how soothing the ointment was. Also a little goes a long way.

I like it applies smoothly and without penetrating odors. Does it protective work. I sincerely recommend it. Could be less expensive i guess.

I have been using Lysine Plus Cream for lip sores about two years. In the past I would often get painful sores whenever I was in the sun for an extended period such as hiking or fishing but since I started using this cream I have not had any noticeable soars. What more can I say, It works for me. I use it every morning and evening. This size is a real bargain.

Product quality diminished, Quantum mfg. reduced the main ingredient L-Lysine being # 1 ingredient, sold as "Super Lysine+" now it's the " 7th" listed. "BEES-WAX" now the main filler? Being Labeled, branded and sold as Super LYSINE is shamefully False, Misleading, Unfair, unethical advertising to fool the buyer. The old formula was superior, with Lysine the most concentrated and first as Packaging label advertises and buyer expects and thinks he’s buying . $15.00 for a tube of Bee's Wax is a swindle. Also Zinc Oxide 1.2% was changed to Menthol. Quantum changed covertly the quality to inferior and less concentrated thinking the consumers would not notice to make higher profits and continue to charge a premium. The product is very expensive, and now the Lysine is minuscule if any and still advertising as Super Lysine+, they should rename Super Bees Wax +. I am switching to a higher quality LYSINE, Organic Brand, lysine being first ingredient as it should be for Labeling Lysine as the name of the product. Ingredients: Active ingredient: Menthol (0.1%) Inactive ingredients: #1( Beeswax), calendula officinalis extract, echinacea purpora extract, gum benzoin tincture, honey, hydrastis canadensis (goldenseal), leaf, #7( lysine), melaleuca, alternifolia oil, melaleuca cajuputi oil, olea europaea (olive) fruit oil, propolis extract, vitamin A, (retinyl palmitate), vitamin D3, vitamin E (tocopherol), zinc oxide.

I like the product, but I continue to receive the item a third of the size I pay for time and time again. Guess I’ll have to order elsewhere. Very irritating

I used to have one or more cold sores at least once a month for many years.
